Code not valid for your region (Shadowbringers pre-order)

So just placed my Shadowbringers pre-order. Payment has been made.
Got the pre-order code to unlock the items, but when redeeming the code via the redemption site or mogstation, it tells me the 'Code is not valid for your region'.

Anyone got any idea whats happening?

EDIT: I believe I know whats happened … Using the preorder links from the Lodestone/Mogstation took me to the EU store and not the NA store …

Yeah, made an edit before seeing a reply pop up.
The stupid Lodestone links took me from my logged in NA account to the EU Store when clicking the preorder links.

Hey, I just had the same problem...
I was directed to the wrong region apparently :<
What did you do Sylve?

Made the same mistake, bought EU version when my account is in 'The Americas'...
Emailed store support and hoping they can help me out. Maybe I should've gone through the SQEnix Support Center instead.
