    Yes. It's a glitch that happens from time to time. I think it could be triggered if you take her health too low before AB. This is just a theory and I have never tested it. I just noticed that the two times it happened.

    Yes. I've been knocked outside of the ring with Ifrit and dc'd. When I came back in I was able to stay outside and fight, but once I stepped back in I stayed in the middle.
