    I got a confirmation email but I don't have a code to enter yet. Does that become available closer to xpac? Mine is a PC Download for the SE.

    Mogstation shows I own early access but I don't see an activation code or where to download it when the time comes.

    You'll get it on release. The codes don't become valid until release day anyway.

    I'm in the same situation, and we are not the only ones. Looks like they are having some struggle with the emails and payments.

    Mine is also on preorder status, they charged the payment but still got the failed to charge email, I'm here just hoping they release some kind of statement to this messy process.
