    I don't understand SE Mail


    In the mail SE ask me to update the payment method by 2019-06-10

    But the mail have been sent to me in Wed, Jun 12

    then 3 hours later I got charged by Scale Fast which is SE's partner



    Despite that they took my money my order status is still "pre-order"

    But I use debit now option to pay and they already took my money. Shouldn't the order status changed to validated now?

    I'm even more confused by how they still charged my money despite that they say they were unable to process my payment.

    the worse is now I can't get my money back even if I cancel the pre order.

    Scale Fast is legit a horrible company, I wish you luck on figuring out your problem there always the worst when you have to deal with them. Can't say much else other than my order was marked Validated after payment ...so your def gonna have to deal with them sadly.

    Has your payment source changed in some way? New credit/debit card with a different 'confirmation code' perhaps?

    Alternately it's possible that your bank balance had dipped below the amount they needed to charge from it, so it auto-generated the notice, but then it tried again after more money went into the account and it was successful.

    That was not the case

    I didn't change the card nor my account balance drop below the needed amount.

    SE send a mail to me in 12/6/2019. In the mail they ask me to update my payment method by 10/6/2019 how is that possible?

    I have already put the link if you want to check. And it's weird how I got charged in 3 hours after they say they can't process my payment, there were no further clarification. At this point it seem like they just took my money after they say they can't process my payment and act like it didn't happen.

    They definitely struggled with emails and charges. The way I see it, I got my code, and they took my money. If my code somehow stops working, I'll know I have to reach back out to them.
