Outdoor Balcony or Mog Garden for Apartments

It would be nice to have an outdoor area for apartments. Like what we have with housing. Area could be like a small balcony, for players without homes to still place outdoor items on, when acquired in seasonal events. Or have an instanced Mog Garden for apartments like what we had back in FFXI. Now I do already have a Mid-sized home, so the idea came too me when I was rearranging my front garden. Balconies for apartments, would be a nice thing for players without homes.

Yes. Owning a house is not an option for me because I'm not always subbed and I'm also not willing to wait around for 72 hours straight at a placard to hopefully buy one. Yet there's all this outdoor furniture that it would be nice to use for once.

I totally understand, it was like that for me too, until I got a house. It took a while too, since SE had it where people could own more than one home, at the time, its now been patched. Some players would buy up property. I have just the one house, but acquiring it I had to wake up at 3am on patch day to get it, and just hope for the best. Before that time I had tons of outdoor items I couldn't place as well. So having a little Mog Garden or balcony wound be a very nice option for players with apartments and FC rooms.
