I have the feeling a lot of people didn't understand the sarcasm in the title. Considering the :^) smiley that was used, I'm fairly confident in saying that the "FFXIV is a dying game" statement is, indeed, sarcasm and a poke of fun directed towards those who claim the game is dying every other month.
