Has anyone really said FF is dying though?

Buried somewhere DEEP in the forums, is an ancient thread that documents everytime FFXIV was declared to be dying or dead. Last I saw it, that total was somewhere in the 25 to 40 range. But it's been a while, so I'm either lowballing it or yeeting these numbers into the stratosphere...

And that Youtube channel called Work to Game, had some many Why XIV is dying, XIV is Dead etc titles in their videos. Specially loved it when WOW BFA was about to launch when they posted a Why XIV is dying and we are not playing it anymore but BFA would be awesome xD
