Frame Rate Drops - Inventory and Cutscenes

Thank you for getting back to me. I first noticed issues with FPS drops in the instances I described after the May 27 maintenance, so I have been experiencing this for a little over two weeks now.

I run the game at maximum settings and at 3840 x 2160. Frame rate issues were non-existent beforehand.

**Update: I seem to have fixed the problem by running the game in compatibility mode. Strange how the game stopped running so well and now needs to be run through compatibility.
