    What you expect from 5.0 "24 member" raid?

    Still sometime before the 5.X raid for 24 members is out sooooooo....


    let us discuss what we expect and hope will be in the Nier Raid!


    So what are your expectation and things hopefully introduced in the Nier Raid?

    For me I expect to see some good Nier music and hopefully some new remix for the more classic ost from the first game such as The Dark Colossus Destroys All.

    Also for gear, i hope they bring in the Nier 1 them gear as well and not just only Nier 2 theme gears.

    New Game+ for "True Ending" in 5.5 after we beat the final Raid because it will not be Nier if we don't have a New Game+ that will show us the story about each Boss and make us feel like monsters for killing them when some of them did nothing wrong just because we saw them as Monsters or see how horrible their life was that turned them into the monsters we fight. Not to mention the bitter True Ending that always became the canon ending for both Nier 1 and Nier 2 Canon Ending.

    Wishfully thinking stuff for me will be.....

    have Machinist Job Unlock a 2B Skin as our Automaton Queen thus allowing MCH players to switch their Automaton Queen with 2B instead but only when we complete the New Game+ Story of the Raid because of Canon Ending REASONS! thus unlocking a new Side-quest that explain why MCH can have 2B as their Automaton Queen (WARNING must have a lvl 80 MCH, completed the lvl 80 Job quest since that is where MCH obtains Automaton Queen, and beaten Nier Raid New Game+ Storyline)

    I wouldn't be surprised if the 24-man storyline is set in another shard that we haven't been to yet (So, not the 1st, 13th, or Source), since shard-hopping seems a lot more feasible now that we'll have access to the Crystal Tower again. Thematically, I'm not sure where they could set all the futuristic android stuff in a way that'd make sense. Another shard would be the easiest guess, though somewhere in Garlemald closer to the capital than we've ever been before could also explain that. If I were to toss out a really far-fetched guess, perhaps it's set in whatever distant star Omega came from? That'd be wild.

    As for hopes, the raid seems to be heavily Automata based, but I'd be very pleased if we get some nice glamours from the first Nier or even the Drakengard series. We can expect gear sets for different roles, minions, orchestrion rolls, and Triple Triad cards as rewards, though if they tossed in a mount or some unrestricted/dyable glamour gear, that'd be amazing. Anything more than that would probably be unrealistic.

    While I really doubt it'll happen because it's never come from Alliance raids before, unique weapons would be very cool. I could think of a few great ones, like 2B's sword for Samurai or Grimoire Weiss/Noir for Scholar/Summoner.

    i hope it is adventurous like the first 24 in 4.0. swimming the separation and the first time you see the lost city place. magical.

    Calling it now. There will be no 2B, A2, or Yorha unit outfits/glam. There will only be Nier furniture and a Pod minion that sells for 20+ million on the market board. You know I’m right.

    Maybe a Yorha Mech Suit mount with impossible RNG drops that also sells for 20+ million if we are lucky. You know how the devs role these days. Minimum work = people still pay subs!

    Considering this is Nier....

    Death is a expect result for the True Canon Ending. (flash back to Nier 1 and Nier 2 True Canon Ending.)
