The Tackle Box, needs to be a completely separate container from the inventory, or at least it would be nice if it was.

I remember seeing the suggestion just the othe rday. Would save me using Chocobo Bag storage (which I use for crafting materials) or a Retainer. Alas, then it starts to open up cans of worms about what else can get its own bag, and then it runs into what will use the actual bags? With all the storage options out there, there may not even be room to add dedicated bags at this point, who knows. Inventory management is fun, but definitely time consuming, so if it happens, it would be a huge QOL thing I'd support though.
yeah cause if we get a bait tackle box, then people will demand a crafting mat box, and a miner/botany box and a cooking box, and then list will never end. Just have to learn to manage your inventory better. you don't need to keep every kind of bait on hand at all times.
I've suggested this too, it really needs to happen, like now!. SE could just have the Bait Tackle Box like how Beast Tribe and other currencies are in the game. or as its own separate container like the Chocobo Saddlebags. I'm currently using my saddlebags for bait, but it would be better if I could just use them for other items like Escape and Alex parts.
you don't need to have tons of bait on hand this is the thing. they've even made it more simple in post 2.x stuff in that there's less bait types needed for fishing. just get bait as you need it. you can't be fishing for everything at once anyways.
Can't be buying stuff with different currencies all the time either. That's why Beast Tribe currencies no longer take up inventory space. When I started in early HW, that was a big problem and people hated it.
