I hope that in the opening scene of Endwalker Zenos just lops off both of the Twins heads and then Urianger try’s to say some long speech and gets turned to stone. Who do you hope bites the dust =)

All the scioms, every grand company leader. Most of all hydlyan
I have a feeling there is going to be a whole lot of FF4 and a lot of the Scions are going to kick the bucket. I feel like many of the Scions have very little to add to their character arcs. Wouldn't surprise me if they all die or get removed for a while.
I wouldn't mind Lyse dying. She feels like such a throwaway character at this point. I feel they were more interesting as Yda.

Spoilers for FF IV but...
Doesn't like, everyone that isn't part of Telah's immediate family survive? (Also King Baron, but I think he was supposed to be dead before the plot even kicks in.) Like, even the bad guy comes back for round two and gives a "So long as there is evil" line.
For characters, I'm a big softy who doesn't want anyone to die. Except Zenos. I want him to make a big speech, tell us how great our fight will be, and have Tataru (the weakest of our companions, for extra bite) to just drop a piece of White Auracite and a massive aether bomb on him while we go about doing other things.

Of the playable characters, Tellah is the only one to actually die, but there quite a few fake out deaths. Edward is knocked off the boat by Leviathan and spends the rest of the story bedridden, Yang "sacrifices" himself to blow up a bunch of cannons but is saved by the Sylphs and later joins the dwarves in attacking the Giant of Babil with a tank, Cid literally jumps off his airship with a bunch of C4 strapped to his chest to blow up a mountain and then goes on to build a new fleet of airships to attack the Giant of Babil, and then the twins Palom and Porom turn to stone to save Cecil but they get slapped with some Soft Sand and send thoughts and prayers to defeat Zeromus. So yeah, only one main character death.
Anyways, here's to hoping G'raha dies in Endwalker. His creepy "WoL-senpai, look at me" personality is garbage and it was already a mistake bringing him back after the sendoff the Exarch got in 5.3. I don't actually expect anyone to die though, especially after Shadowbringers. Thancred had a wonderful "final" scene in Amh Araeng, came back fine. Y'shtola yeeted herself into a hole and used Flow again, came back fine. G'raha as mentioned up above. I think Ishikawa is too scared to actually kill any of the Scions.

I mean, she took Minfilia—a character who outright promised she'd be coming back alive—out back behind the shed for what should have been her return to the story. Literally, the first mention of her name in Shadowbringers is Ardbert telling you she's been dead for a hundred years, and her first actual scene is her ghost telling Thancred (and by extension the player) to get over it and move on.
Which makes it all the weirder that she has such a hard time actually killing off anyone else. Even Elidibus and Emet-Selch, the expansion's final antagonists, had their deaths written with obvious back doors to let them come back anytime the writers want.

Maybe a single scion, but I'm not expecting anything too crazy as far as character deaths go.
Maybe one or two.

Fordola
grumpy and standoffish warcriminal responsible for like half of all on screen deaths in stormblood
i hate this character more than anyone else in the whole game

Drop Zenos and Fandaniel in a hole somewhere, never to be seen again.
Otherwise, nobody unless it's actually well-done and meaningful. No cheap shock deaths.
