its the same as if you were to say that was one of the worst pieces of pizza I have ever had it you are still calling it the "worst" even if you said "one of the" you are selecting it out of a pile and calling it crap.
Then what if someone else asks you what do you think of FF7 again, you say it again but then refuse you said it that cracks me up.

no matter what you are calling it one of the worst its still means the worst you are just including it into a pile.

the word worst is in your sentence and still means the same thing in definition. it never changes you go read I don't need to.
