I am putting my 2 cents in before that happens and what I am interested to see come and hopefully one day when it comes they take things in consideration or not but least I gave some input.
I'm sure when FFXIV get it's cross over event with FF7 we'll get our Sephiroth fight finally. Tho I would say we wouldn't get that till the final episode of FF7 comes out.
