Can't Get Benchmark to work

I'm using a new gaming laptop that I just got less than two months ago. Everything is currently up to date and I can not get the Character Creation or Start buttons to work on Benchmark launcher. I've tried on all the settings, even making everything on the lowest settings, highest, and importing my current game settings. The best it does is open to a black screen with a loading icon for my mouse before completely disappearing back to the launch.

Does the black loading screen stay indefinitely or does the benchmark close or crash? Do you hear any sound effects or music?

I'm assuming you tried to reinstall the benchmark, correct?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

It shows a black screen for a few seconds before the black screen disappears. The benchmark launcher doesn't crash or close. No sound or music. I've reinstalled it 4 different times.

Try deleting the bench mark folder from the " My Games" folder. Please make sure to back up any character settings just in case.

your windows version is very old (april 2018), please update it to 1903 may 2019 or at least 1809 via windows update, if this is not working, download the windows iso yourself and click setup.exe to start upgrade.
please ensure all your drivers are up2date, expecially both GPU Drivers Intel & Nvidia.
Also disable any sound enhancement youre running (like Dolby), as this causes crashes.
