Cutscene Playback

Just a question.

First off, Thank you Thank you! for adding cut-scene playback in the Inns! I love it.

I am wondering though, is there a chance that job quest cut scenes will added to the viewable ones at some point? I absolutely love to enjoy the cut scenes but I feel bad to make other players in my party wait for me just because I want watch it all.

I was kind of thinking that I'd be able to go back and look at it later after we did our run last night, but I didn't see the cut scene available for viewing when I returned to the Inn.

Are they already part of what is viewable, and I just looked for it too early? or is it just something that might be available later on down the road? Just curious.

I have a separate request, but it still fits with the title of this thread, so I'm going to ask it here.

I love "The Unending Journey". It may seem like a minor feature to some, but I am really impressed with how you managed to implement a quest review/cutscene playback feature so that it is both easy to use AND feels like an organic part of the world. And the background music at the inn is perfect accompaniment for a trip down memory lane. Great job!

Here's my request: After playing a movie, the current UI kicks me out of the Unending Journey menu completely. If I want to play the next cutscene in the quest, I have to go back through the menu and search for the quest again. Would it be possible to change the system so that it returns me back to the menu I chose the cutscene from after it's done playing?

This ^ plus if it could return you to the Chapter Title you just watched ie., just finished watching Chapter 11 so the cursor stays on Chapter 11 when returned to the Menu.

Also, if possible a "Play All" (chapters) feature would be nice but if this is not feasible just returning to the correct Chapter Menu is good enough.

I haven't tried it myself yet, but you may be able to review job cutscenes if you select the Main Scenarios dropdown box and choose accordingly.

But since I do not have jobs unlocked yet, have not been able to confirm the options under the drop down.

@OP: I was successfully able to re-watch job cutscenes. What Fiosha_Maureiba said is correct, bolded to emphasize what you probably missed.

Are there plans to expand the number of cutscenes available for review? I wanted to use the book to watch a few CSs that I've never actually been able to watch--for example, some cutscenes from Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It and Into the Dark (Gridania).
