Hideable Quest Markers?

So, until now, I've been enjoying the ability to hide quest markers over NPC's by disabling the displaying of character names.

.. Could.. we please have the ability to turn off overhead quest markers now that they've been disconnected from that? I realise most couldn't care less but for me and more than likely a fair few others, they're still immensely annoying.

It's fine their appearing on the map, so far as I'm concerned. Having them appear over NPC heads is just.. really uncomfortable and it would be wonderful to be able to turn that off as we were before.
