The same Mercy that was nerfed in to the ground and where other healers are much better than what she can bring? Back to FFXIV though, I mean what you are asking for kinda already exists with Astrologian, when they are not healing then they are buffing the party and this is being emphasized again in the next expac despite the reduction in the actual buffs.
