    Paid for the pre order but got mail store payment process error

    I paid with paypal and my money in my account have been used to paid for the pre order yesterday

    I thought it went well

    but I only got the mail from square enix saying

    Dear customer,

    Thank you for your preorder of FINAL FANTASY® XIV: Shadowbringers [PC Download].

    This notice is being sent because we've been unable to process your payment over the last few days. We kindly ask that you update your payment method by 2019-06-10 00:00 or we will be forced to cancel your order.

    Please, visit the Payment section of the store and update your Payment Method to ensure no further delay in your order.

    Rule #1, stop using Paypal its garbage
    Rule #2, never preorder stuff.

    I would just have used visa/mastercard payment if i would be you.

    I have to use paypal because SE Store don't accept my card for pre order [I can use it to purchase game and time card but not the pre order]

    Then i guess the problem lies in your card.
    Maybe ask someone to buy it for you.
    Or just wait for the dlc release.

    If you bought the expansion from SE store, I suggest checking your order status.
    From there, you can manage your order and open a support request.

    I have "O" circle mark in shadowbringer early access tab does that mean my transaction is complete now?
