    Thank you very much for your prompt replies and assistance in regards to my concern and complaint. It really helps to have supportive GMs who do care about the players game experience and enjoyment as what happened really put a me in a very uncomfortable state and unable to enjoy the game.

    Is there any way I can get these GM's to help me with my ticket issue? It's a long story but I can explain if I need to. I had a ticket closed and the GM didn't solve the issue, now my tickets for the same issue don't get answered. Thanks
