They replaced the skill you had to use. Instead of Brutal Swing, you use Skull Sunder. (I haven't done it since ARR, but looked it up on Garland Tools)

Which, obviously, won't work for actual dialogue references for certain skills:

Such as MCH's job quests talking about Reloading their special Ammo to enhance their attacks.

Don't forget to reload when ye get the chance. Ye don't wanna miss an openin' for a killin' shot 'cause yer too lazy to replace yer ammunition.
GLD talking about Shield Swipe.

If you strike an opponent with your shield immediately after blocking his attack, you can disorient him, rendering him incapable of using his own special techniques. It's a trick I call Shield Swipe.
I won many bouts on the bloodsands using this strategy, including my last match against Leavold seven years ago. If it hadn't been for that match, I would have never... He begged me to lose that day, said we'd win a sultan's ransom...but I just couldn't do it.
It takes complete confidence in your abilities to master it─but you do not want for confidence, do you? You've risked your life when victory was anything but certain, and proven yourself to be an incredible gladiator. Never lose that fighting spirit, Forename.
AST talking about literally the entire basis of the job and the different cards and the constellations that they represent and their meaning across basically all of their 30-60 quests and then being reprised again in the level 60-70 quests where you teach the Geomancer about them too...
