Blacklist System different?

So, I don't know if this was changed but I remember being able to block through player search. Not only that but I can't even blacklist if the person I want to blacklist is in the same area and hasn't spoken.

I want to be preventative because this person is aware of my alternate characters and has harassed me and a family member who plays the game (they went for me after the family member blocked) and I blocked them on my main account, but because they haven't talked to me I can't block them. I tried to block them but because they got a queue or something I can't block them now.

Is there any way I can block them or transfer my blacklist from main character to alternate?

The slash command /blist will accept target, target-of-target, or mouseover tags.

/blist add <t>
/blist add <tt>
/blist add <mo>

I think those text commands broke with the addition of having someone's world at the end of their name for whatever reason.

Though I would also like to be able to blacklist someone without interacting with them in-game. There's a number of people I'd like to prevent from ever interacting with me before getting the chance.

That's odd. I just did a

/blist add <mo>

on someone and it let me add them to my blist.

There used to be an "Add to Blacklist" button where you typed in the name. But they removed that with the change to worlds. This is ridiculous because I don't want to interact with this guy at all. Like I said, he harassed a family member then went to me to go through to them.
