    "My New Viera and Hrothgar" restrictions

    Hello, the rules of the contest state that:

    Participants of this Promotion must possess [...] an active Final Fantasy XIV service account (“Service Account”).
    "Active service acount" means an active subscribtion, or would an account on break count? Also WHEN would this need to apply? In the very moment that I post the thing on Twitter? When the judges look at it? Or on June 21, 2019?

    Just curious, cause this seems incredibly unclear

    Active subscription = Active service account.
    Inactive subscription = Inactive service account.

    Yes, I was almost certain that was the case, but even so, when would this be checked over the long time that this contest takes part during?
