When did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?
As stated earlier, you may want to try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
Also make sure to disable any overlays that you may have present (Discord Overlay, Steam Overlay, etc.).
The sound drivers aren't that important, however, you may want to do a clean reinstall of your graphics card drivers.
