    - you have an old version of win10, please update to 1903.
    - your sound driver date is 2013 (!), remove it entirely and use the default one from microsoft.
    - it seems amd drivers cases this often, try the new driver released yesterday or an older one.

    How do I remove the current sound drivers and replace them with the Microsoft ones? I'm not even sure where to begin with that.
