Well they could have just given you a trait that makes is so you can use VerHoly after VerFlare and vise versa but instead you get a whole new spell to play with

RDM is probably my favorite caster and it got just about everything I wanted it to get. They added to it's AoE rotation. You got a move to use instead of Displacement. Which I mean when all the bosses have cone AoEs you need to doge out of you might as well stay close to the boss so you can dodge those easier anyway.

I'm not crazy about the weird 10 mana spender since RDM is pretty mobile already but w/e. it'll help me get below 50/50 if I'm not paying attention and Manafication is up.

Also if you had to alternate which Using Flare or Holy you would have to go out of your way to make sure you got that spell next while trying to not go full white or black on your job gauge and you would probably be staring at your job gauge a lot more which I think would go against it's simple use that SE was going for. I do think we should have got a skill to combo off Mulinet and maybe a spell finisher to combo off of that but hey, 6.0 is only 2 years away lol.
