The only reason you keep posting is because you got your place from this system and do not want it improved. Even if it helps others in my rare case. Which has nothing to do with you and would not affect YOU.

I remind you sir, that I am a homeowner and you are homeless. I am the one who has to worry about the demolition timer and you do not. Any of your proposed changes to the demolition timer or to housing retention will affect me and not yourself.
