He made the outside look the way he wanted and goes there to relax, that is in no way NOT useing the house... Just not useing it in a way you would. People use their house for many diffrent reasons and peoplr shouldnt judge him for how he uses it by saying things like "well you arent useing it right and someone else would appreciate it more" essentially.
