Just go into your house. If you aren’t going into it, you aren’t actually using it. So let someone else who will actually go into the house once every 45 days use it. You still have your FC house, which you stated that you used for everything anyways. Stick with it and let this thread die—it’s not a very well-worded or well thought out suggestion thread.
