If all you want to do is sit outside, you can always make use of someone else's house.

Effectively, you aren't using the house and so there is no need for you to have that plot when it could go to someone who would be using it.

Edit: maybe get a friend to make you tenant at their house so you can redecorate the outside to your liking without the responsibility of entering the house?
They have no way to register you are sitting on the outside area of your plot. The same way they know to place you inside or outside your house when you Que is how they know. If they did not know where you Que from you would not make it back to the same spot after run is done. Every item you interact with is a trigger including your movements.
