Housing demolition timer need to be changed! Sitting on your property needs to count.

I personally like the housing timer, simply because if I ever wanted to move and not take a hit on gil I would easily just wait out the timer, grab 80% of my gil and move on to another house. easy peasy.

I do think they should implement instanced housing, like ESO has, where there are houses in the field or cities and everyone can buy it and do what they want with it. I know they are sticking hard to the community thing, for some unknown reason, but there is no reason there cannot be both communities and instances. Yes there is apartments but they are embarrassingly small and lack a lot of the options actual houses have.

Someone doesn't know about the random invisible timer on placards that has forced people to resort to botting in order to compete for a house. On most servers purchasing a house without relocating isn't as easy as you say.

Someone does....I just have a plot I enjoy.

But I still like the timer, if I don't want my house anymore I can easily wait it out and get most my gil back. Plus depending on your server, its still not hard to get a house and you can switch it up like this easily still...

If you do know about it then please inform me about how it's going to be so easy for you to buy another plot when you cannot relocate and you have to deal with the placard timer and most likely a lot of competition judging from the server you're on.
