I find statements like these troubling. Its like you are saying he isnt useing his house when clearly... He was. He made the outside look the way he wanted and goes there to relax, that is in no way NOT useing the house...

That's a bit of an oxymoron there. If he was using the house, he would not have been subjected to the demolition timer.
