About getting HW and SB after ShB Early Access

Hello everyone. This isn't a personal concern, it's something a few novice friends of mine have been asking and I'd rather give them a correct information. As such, I need either your confirmation or correction on this subject.

It says, in this official FFXIV Tweet, that they (people currently without HW and SB, but with ShB's early access registered) are getting access to the full extent of the game the moment Shadowbringer's Early Access begins. Is that entirely true?

As in: are people currently with nothing but ARR and ShB's Early Access (earrings and stuff) getting the other two expansions (and Shadowbringers as well) as soon as the Early Access begins?
Or is it just Heavensward?
Is it really Early Access, or did they mean actual launch?

Sorry for being quite redundant. I just want to be 100% sure and an official response would be most enlightening.

I have just the base game and Shadowbringers, and as noted on the steam page (where i bought it) and by another person i asked.

As soon as shadowbringers enters in early access, you should receive access to the entire game, Heavensward and BloodStorm included.

I just finished the main quests of the base game and waiting for Shadowbringers, to start Heavensward.

just an fyi... they will get their expansions when shadowbringers releases. However, Squeenix has a deal right now where you can get Heavensward for free. You can have your preorder in and not play HW until it comes out or you can get their free deal and start HW today. It's on the front page of the Lodestone.

I tried to do that. Mogstation doesn't allow me to redeeme it because my copy of the game was bought on steam.

Shadowbringers Early Access unlocks all expansions for you. The only people who don't get this perk are the people who pre-ordered the Complete Edition, which just doesn't come with early access at all.

The product page makes it sound like you don't get HW/SB until 02 July, but this is the basic unlock date, separate from early access info.

Take a look at the Stormblood Early Access announcement. People who only had ARR were able to continue the story with Heavensward as soon as early access began.

In order to enjoy all aspects of Stormblood, you will need to have completed the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward main scenario quest “The Far Edge of Fate” that was implemented in Patch 3.56.

* Early access is not available for the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Complete Edition all-in-one bundle.
* Registering the Stormblood pre-order code will enable users to play Heavensward content during early access even if they do not possess Heavensward play rights.

This would be consistent with the official tweets linked above:
