Chat Box Suggestion: Toggle Auto-scroll

Hello, I'm really enjoying the level of UI customization in the chat box, but lately I've found, with the increase of players, it is getting harder to read messages before being forced out of the visible window (this is even with the window extended to go from top to bottom of my screen). It's not an issue to scroll up and re-read the messages, but the chat box forces you back to the most recent message, making reading old messages impossible in busy areas. This is especially true during role playing events with multiple people posting.

I think a huge QoL improvement would be for a simple setting to toggle the Auto-scroll feature on the chat box on/off. This would make reading previously received messages much easier and overall make the experiences more enjoyable.

I've lost track of how many hunt relays I've missed because of this, so the ability to disable it would be much welcome.
