need help with the squadron mission crystal recovery

so im having trouble getting the right stats for this but i cant never get it balanced for the mission, any tips or suggestions are welcomed, this is what im running with atm

The best way to approach this is to level up your squadron as high as you can. There are 3 ways to level them up:

1. Training the squadron (up to 3 times a day)
2. Command missions (dungeon runs with squadrons).
3. The 18-hr squadron missions.

The higher the level of each member, the higher the stats you have available for the flagged mission.

Additionally, as you might be able to tell, different classes will have slightly different stat distributions. May be worth seeing if changing classes of anyone to see if it might shift anything in your favor.
