Game Data Recovery

Anyone have any experience with this? My account was comprimised on may 16th,all 17 mill gil i had was taken, not much but all i had so after talking with a GM they advised me to do a game data recovery, so i fillled out a form and provided all the necessary information. And now ive just been waiting with only 3 responses, one was to inform me they are sry it took so long to reply to my ticket, the second was to say its being worked on and the third that it was being sent to their superiors, anytime that ive contacted support since they cant tell me anything about my ticket except saying its being worked on,its been 3 weeks support said 7-10 days but that has passed is there nothing else i can do but wait? Sorry if this is not the right place to post this.

Rollbacks always take a long time. just make sure you don't do anything else important until it happens.

also get a one time password. then you'll never get compromised again.
