Creating your own is unlikely, but it's fair to guess some of these. We haven't gotten Zurvanite weapons with glow yet, and they will likely have a fire and ice effect on them since those are the elements he uses.

I would expect we'll also get glowy weapons from the Four Lords battles eventually as well as Tsukyomi, Shinryu, Susano, and Lakshmi, though some of them I'd have a difficult time saying exactly what their glow will be. Tsukyomi will likely be pretty dark, and Shinryu rainbow if I had to guess.

Pure semantics I know, but Lakshmi only drops accessories. :^) Nothing that would glow.

ooops, yes! I'm so used to every extreme primal dropping weapons that I forgot she just had accessories! Thank you

Though it's not impossible they could design weapons in her style as later craftable weapons.... but I do think that the Sophia weapons are probably too similar to what her style would have been. Probably one of the reasons she never got weapons to begin with.

You would think but that wasn't the case with 2.0 glowing primal weapons. And when you look at the Stormblood wolves their glow is too similar or too simple for it to work on the weapons.
It's hard to work around this, you have to make a new type of glow and particles (leafs, water, electricity, fire, etc).
