I would imagine Tsukiyomi would get a purple glow, shinryu will be green, the four lords are fairly easy to guess but as someone else stated if you want a pretty solid idea look at their respective mounts

Shinryu could be green, true. I was more thinking of that kind of oily rainbow look that he's got as an effect already in certain phases of the right, which would be different from anything we have so far. We've already got a greenish glow on the crafted sophic weapons.

Don't we also have glowing Gathering tools? I'm pretty sure some of the main tools were also glowing. The achievement ones I believe?
