Remove cast time from Mounting, like you are from Summoning

Sign, purely for the ability to mount while moving. Yes, it's like a second of standing still, but those seconds add up.

Probably something to do with ease of running away from enemies and PVP fights..

Running away from enemies is already piss easy with how short their leashes are, and in pvp they will just heavy you anyway.

There's no (good) reason for the delay to still be there.
