We are going to get into the "difference in playstyle" vote kick, and that's a box that really shouldn't be opened in here. Enough discussion going on as is.

What I do not understand is why would anyone take being removed from a party full of strangers you may or may not meet again personally.
I mean why would anyone want to play with a group that has a different preferred style of play?
Many dungeons can be completed without a tank.
Bosses included.
I don't like to admit it as a tank main myself, but if the others know what they're doing, while they won't be getting mass pulls of mobs done, they CAN complete the dungeon without the tank.

There's an unwritten rule in the MMO genre in general about pulling for Tanks.
1 - It's disrespectful. To the group and to the tank.
2 - It shows you're not a team player.
3 - If you can't be a decent human being and politely ask the Tank to either speed up or if they're hesitant to pull more, multiplayer games are something you should probably not be playing.
On my first run in a dungeon, I will not mass/chain pull for two reasons...
1 - I'm unfamiliar with the dungeon and I don't know what trash mobs do.
2 - I want to actually SEE the dungeon. I'll have plenty of time to ignore the scenery on my 2000+ runs that will be done down the road. I will appreciate the scenery my first time through (not excessively so, but enough that I can actually pan the camera around from time to time).
You pull it, you tank it. If dps pull for me, I let them die, every time, without hesitation. It's happened a few times in the past and whenever they complain I always say something along the lines of "oh I'm sorry, you were pulling things for me so I thought you wanted to tank." They usually learn their lesson and behave themselves afterwards.
I tend to just grab the enemy back and adjust accordingly. I mean I feel like if i cant rip hate back off the dps, I probably shouldnt be tanking. This is an unpopular opinion, but sometimes I find it funny, especially if the add does this tug of war stupid thing where it ping pongs back and forth untill either the dps dies, or i got full control again. Actually thats probably the dumbest, and most hilarious thing that can happen, but rarely- but has in my tanking experiences. If Im not tanking and pull hate, ill run immediately to the tank with an (Oops!), same if im healing. Healers that take the add all the way to the entrance are amusing too, good times all around. 2.0 PLD was very stressful starting off, but overtime so much of that got fixed. I just don't stress out with these hiccups because I'm guessing over time, the experiences have made it easier for me to thoughtlessly snap back the aggro, as easy as it is.

And according to Yoshida himself, healers should not be asked to DPS, because encounters are designed with healers not dpsing in mind. Kicking healer because he does not do dps will guarantee you a ban or warning."■Nuisance behaviour
"Nuisance behaviour" means speech or behaviour that hurts others or obstructs game play, but which is not classified as harassment. Even if it was not the intention, a penalty may be imposed if the end result was that another person was hurt or obstructed.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of examples of nuisance behaviour:
◆Obstruction of play
"Obstruction of play" means all behaviour in general that obstructs another person's game play. Below is a non-exhaustive list of examples of obstruction of play:
Improper expulsion voting
This means excluding another person by manipulation of expulsion voting.
Other obstruction of play
This means all other behaviour that deliberately obstructs another person's game play by some means.
Welcome to the game with new ToS, the thing you have shown us is old rules, ToS is above it.

Hehe - yep, I remember the uproar on the forums at the new ToS - specifically there under 'Offensive Expressions' where it states "・Expressions that compel a playing style" ^^ People were acting like they were being silenced or something // that thread went on for days..
Because it sucks to have your time wasted. Sometimes queues can last fairly long, and this is almost always the case if you're a dps. It's just annoying when you spend time queuing and you get nothing out of it. And it likely really stings if you have no idea why you were kicked.
Wouldn't it be more of a waste of time playing a game with people that do not align with one another? Granted, dungeon content is just one aspect of the game at large, I simply just cannot understand the mindset behind getting annoyed by being removed from a group since clearly they removed the person because they did not want to play with the person. Wouldn't that be a relief in the end? Just does not make sense the potential 1-20 minutes in queue is enough of a reason to either expect a group of strangers to play with someone they do not, or for someone to deal with being a group that does not want them in the group.Because it sucks to have your time wasted. On the brightside if someone gets removed they can requeue again and if it happens a lot even if no one says anything it would not be all that hard to figure out why people do not seem to want to play with the person.
