It is a video game, I assume most play the game because it is fun, what is fun about dealing with someone if they annoy? I know for a fact I annoy people, and I have very few in-game and irl friends being on the spectrum I do not do well in social situations, but by no means would I ever want to force someone to put up with me because I am on the spectrum since they may feel it is the kind thing to do. If someone finds me annoy I rather be removed, then have the person or group sit back and be annoyed behind the screen the entire time. To see that seems like an utter waste of time for all parties.
Guess the way I see it is since I properly will never seem them again no point trying to deal with them if I do not want to. Sure sometimes I will, but other times I may not be in the mood. It is nothing personal, and I think that is where the disconnect comes from, I remove someone or get removed I do not take it personally. Sure for me if I remove the person it might be personal but if I do not say anything to the person they would honestly not know. Also if I am one the being removed I have no way to know for sure unless they told me that it was personal, so I see no reason to harp on it. Sure I can make assumptions as to why I was removed, but without the person telling me I have no way to know for certain. So for me it becomes a silly to even dwell on it, unless it happens often then I will dwell on it and try to figure it out.
Also really 30-50 min queues? Even as a dps I have never had the misfortune to get such queue times outside of pvp. Since I have never ran into 30-50 min queues I cannot speak on how I would view this topic from that point of view.
Non AoE'ing dps, and non dps healers annoy a friend of mine greatly and we often queue together when he sees someone not using aoe during large pulls or putting out dps as a healer in expert roulette this man drops starts the vote quicker then a group hitting the surrender button in league with someone running it down mid. That being said without the group saying anything it honestly becomes hearsay and I am not sure a GM will honestly want to go through the trouble of trying to see who is telling the truth. At most someone will get is a warning, but the report from the start would be odd. "I was removed from this group I have no reason as to why I was removed the group did not say anything about it."
Most likely they will send a canned response to the person, but here is the kicker you will have way of knowing if the person was removed or not, but my guess because the GM spoke to the person that filed the report mentions things like we take this stuff serious, and will look into it most people feel as if the GM will do something about it. Reality is they properly.
