I tend to just grab the enemy back and adjust accordingly. I mean I feel like if i cant rip hate back off the dps, I probably shouldnt be tanking. This is an unpopular opinion, but sometimes I find it funny, especially if the add does this tug of war stupid thing where it ping pongs back and forth untill either the dps dies, or i got full control again. Actually thats probably the dumbest, and most hilarious thing that can happen, but rarely- but has in my tanking experiences. If Im not tanking and pull hate, ill run immediately to the tank with an (Oops!), same if im healing. Healers that take the add all the way to the entrance are amusing too, good times all around. 2.0 PLD was very stressful starting off, but overtime so much of that got fixed. I just don't stress out with these hiccups because I'm guessing over time, the experiences have made it easier for me to thoughtlessly snap back the aggro, as easy as it is.
