i've seen this as all three roles.. hell seen at as every bloody class... as a tank.. my thought is as thus... healer's dpsing too much.. PULL MORE... as a dps.. more often then not i am a rdm.. i pull hate.. VERCURE SUCKERS... and that's after i enmity dump or use diversion.. i've been yelled at for not doing much dmg at the start of a boss fight.. why? i've ripped hate off of tanks like they aren't even doing anything so i take it easy until I CAN go hog wild...

as a healer.. i see a tank going slow.. i tell um.. you got a great healer get some confidence i can take big pull.. now.. i've seen bad tanks.. i've seen mediocre tanks.. i've seen great tanks.. hell i've seen tanks so damn terrible with nimrod dps who don't know what the hell that big orange thing on the ground is... i've played instructor to many a tank.. normal mode =1 button.. yeah.. uh hu.... i wonder why it is.. it takes so long for the roulette's to pop... oh wait.. NO BLOODY TANKS...

the amount of tanks that are considered decent.. 20% of them out there.. great tanks? 10%.. at least another 20% of the tanks out there are trash and don't give any flying ****s.. the last 50%? tanks that need guidance, help with their class, learning the ins and outs of the trade.. saying git gud scrub defeats the purpose, they are trying to. I do believe that a tank should be the one who dictates the pull.. i've had many wipes due to nimrods whom went herp a dur you're not pulling enough.. they pull more.. my buffs are on CD, oh look... the healer is low on mp.. can't heal the dumb dps I've got no tp.. no problem in the next patch.. no mp? oh now we have a problem... group wipes.. now we have to take even longer to complete because ppl got impatient...

sigh... regardless of the matter.. patience and communication goes a very long way... you want better ques? help the newbe tanks out instead of bashing um down and lumping them in with the actual garbage and.. I don't know.. HELP THEM LEARN THEIR JOB
