Give notification sounds their own volume control please

Currently notification sounds of attacks, like Leviathan splash or T5 Divebomb for example, are linked to sound effects (please correct me if I'm wrong).

These sounds, especially the very subtle sound from Divebombs, can make it hard to react to them if alot of sound effects happen at that moment, or if BGM is active, or if you use a voice chat program to communicate with others and they keep screaming "We're going to dieee!!!" .
I'm not the type to stare at my monitor and wait for some kind of visual indicator. I rather listen to what's going on around me and act accordingly.

So, my question is, is it possible to give these sounds their own seperate volume control?
Or is there some other way to do make them louder without changing the other sound effects?

I know that this is a very old thread but it still not real and I really want it to be, please.

I just want to lower the level of the Log notifications sound without changing the System sound so I can hear it without it being annoying during cutscenes or boss fight and without the system sound being too low.

While we are it, split fate mumbling/screaming from players gathering together at a place from 'ambient sounds'. You want to hear the wind, fire, waterfalls and birds (especially in areas Eureka) but as soon as some people gather you hear the stock player sounds, which you heard everywhere already.
