Boosted an AST and cant seem to find Job quests for 60+

Sooo, Long story short I job boosted an AST(I know, shame on me) and I just got to Ishgard. My problem is I cannot seem to continue with the class quests and I have no idea where to begin looking. I've searched the AST guild and nothing is highlighted, and I checked where the lvl30 quest is supposed to be and it's not there either. My AST is lvl 60.

The job boost completed your job quests up through 60 already. If you just reached Ishgard that means you've just started the Heavensward story quests.
You can't start the Stormblood job quests (61+) until you reach the Stormblood main story quests.

If you've only just made it to Ishgard, then you won't find any 60+ job quests yet, as they require having finished MSQ up through the end of HW.
