Where the tooltip says it increases the chance to catch "larger fish", is it referring to size in ilms or does it actually means increases chance of landing the green-colored Big Fish?

Im like 95% sure it is referring to the size in ilms, which determines if the fish is considered HQ or not.

Patience: Increases the chance of landing an HQ fish by 50% while reducing Hook efficiency by 40%.

Patience II: Increases the chance of landing an HQ fish by 80% while reducing Hook efficiency by 75%. Increases the likelihood of catching larger fish.

Larger not big.

It is referring to the SIZE of the Big Fish that you will hook up.

I see A LOT of hunters out there using Patience II thinking that it will help with landing "Big Fish" when all its doing is increasing the chances of the size being bigger. SE does need to fix the tooltip.

Yes, it's the size of the fish. When you look at the icon of the buff you see that it is a fish with a scale besides it.

The fish will be HQ anyway, wich means they will also be big anyway. This buff further increases the size of the fish, to further increase the Collectable Rating.
