Make it rain missing hairstyle during event for 2019

Not sure if this is a bug but i noticed there is no Rain maker hair style available during this years make it rain 2019 event at the Gold Saucer

Is this a bug or intended?

I really hope this is a bug. I've missed the last two chances to get it through work or other unforeseen circumstances and was really looking forward to getting this hairstyle on a couple characters. To find out its missing now was a serious disappointment.

It is probably intended since the hair is available for purchase in the Mogstation. I don't know about the plush; I didn't see it in the mogstation but, maybe I overlooked it.

Is it? In which category? I looked through the Seasonal Unisex category and I can't see it in the All tab, which seems to be in the order that items were added.
