I haven't had any problems with hunts really. At least, not more than I used to.

S-ranks? They were already early pulled or randomly killed before anyone can announce them.

A-ranks? Same as above.

The cross-world update didn't really do anything to a system that was already messed up by the players to begin with. My suggestion is to find your data center's discord and just go along for the ride. Personally, I've obtained more seals joining discord A-trains than I did before the cross-world update.
