Requirements of moving a house?

Currently stumped as to why I am unable to move my small plot.

I'm trying to move to another plot of land, and meet all the requirements:
- Level 50 in a class
- 2 GCs maxed
- required GIL in inventory
- # of items in storeroom/in use don't exceed 400/40 (I even checked my store room, and both of the requirements have a checkmark)

Are their any other requirements I must meet in order to move? Whenever I try to move, I always get the same message "You must be level 50 + Second Lieutenant or above in one of the GCs."

You have to be at least Second Lieutenant with your current Grand Company. So if you changed GC sometime recently, and haven't ranked up, that could be why.

Didn't know I needed to have my current GC at a higher rank, I thought I required any GC to be at that rank, which is a shame because I just switched GCs.

Its a bit of a strange requirement and sadly we can't just immediately swap between GCs since there's the cool down timer.
