It's not even that complicated, actually. If you read through the original post, that whole thing was a mistranslation - he's third in line to the countship, and that was incorrectly relayed as third son of the count, when actually the count has only one son and the second and third in line are cousins.

That would be Tedalgrinche. He's presumably a son of the Count de Dzemael (and certainly allied with that house) but his position is never actually stated.
