which classes that you cant wait to try? and classes that you "not motivated" to try

this is not about min max class damage, potential or sort. this is just pure hype of which class do you want to play later in SHB, and also classes that you are... sort of "not feeling" it.

i want to try...
- MCH - the biggest makeover
- DNC - have a feeling this class going to replace my BRD
- PLD - a lot of new skill
- BLM - my main for dps
- NIN - seems to have different playstyle, interested

not feeling to try...
- MNK - love this class but have a feeling iam going to get disappointed again
- RDM - doesnt look that different from the current RDM
- WHM - same as RDM, just feel "samey" to me

DNC and MCH is probably my first priority to try, with other classes follow after iam done with those two.

I'm looking forward to trying:

WHM/SCH/AST - I'm the only one in my group who enjoys playing healers. The healer changes in ShB, although there's some things I don't like, make it so it will be even easier to switch between the 3 jobs when required, aiding flexibility in the PF.

WAR/PLD/DRK/GBN - I main healers, but tanking is a very close 2nd favourite role. I really like the direction they went with tanking. I have a 2nd character that "mains" tank, for variety in PF raiding, and flexibility for my group.

MNK/NIN/SAM - the 3 melee jobs I enjoy now. TK rotation on MNK has become almost tedious. I'm pleased that TK will be rarely used with the advent of GL4 in ShB. NIN looks powerful as ever, although I have some ping related concerns. SAM is a little disappointing but it seems the playstyle won't change too much from what it is now.

MCH/DNC - I have some major ping related concerns for the new MCH, but I'm hoping it won't be too bad, because it certainly looks more fun that its current iteration. As for Dancer, I'm hoping it'll be fun to play, its more of a curiosity thing.

Jobs I'm not looking forward too:

BRD - I hate the job now, I think it's one of the most boring jobs in the game, and the ShB changes don't seem to change the playstyle too much
DRG - Similar reason to BRD. I dislike the current playstyle and it hasn't changed much.
RDM/SMN/BLM - I find RDM to be extremely boring, and I have a group member who is our resident caster main. Likely won't touch the casters till after Eden drops.

Saying that, I do plan to eventually level all jobs to 80 on my 1st character. It really helps with getting a good feel for the jobs imo.

I've played everything to 70.

The only magic DPS class that kind of clicked with me was RDM, though that might because I mostly play NIN.

I liked MCH, but the clunkiness of its rotation eventually turned me away, so I'll probably give the revamped some time. BRD just doesn't appeal to me somehow. I'm interested in trying DNC.

I'm kind of torn between WHM and SCH. AST's card management wasn't my thing.

As far as tanks go, I'm 50/50 between DRk and WAR. PLD just lacks this certain "oomph" to its skills that the other two tanks have. Not sure I'm really gonna like GNB, but I'll try it.

NIN will always be my preferred melee DPS, though I have some fondness for MNK and SAM, too. DRG is just nope.

Got everything to 70 so looking forward to relearning them all again and playing them all regularly. Of course I'm most eager to try my three role mains pld, whm, and rdm the most.

I'm a healer main so I'm definitely getting SCH to 80 for super fairy!

If I wasn't our statics healer I would definitely be the DNC. I have all jobs to 70 so I'm really ready to play any of them again because I generally like all jobs.

My order is going to be SCH/SMN > DNC > GNB > NIN > AST > RDM > MCH > DRK > MNK > WHM > BLM> BRD > WAR > DRG > PLD > SAM

I'm really looking forward to MCH and BLM, since these are my fav dps (and my mains in generel).
For MCH I'm especially excited, because of the total make over, though I'm kinda of fearing not liking it any more - but everything I saw so far looked great (and no Gauss barrel any more!!).
I'm also curious about trying the "new" AST, AST is my fav healer and so far I love the new effects, but I hope I'll still enjoy playing it.

I'm not in the "all jobs at 70"-club, so I can't say it for all jobs. But so far SAM didn't looked that exciting to me and same for BRD. I main MCH and BRD, but for ShB BRD seems kinda boring now.
Same goes for RDM, which is my backup class to BLM, but RDM doesn't look that different.
And in general I'm not the tanking type, so I'm also not looking forward to the tanks.

But all in all, I'm still super excited about ShB!

I'm gonna be trying them all out, Paladin first always, since I'm rather interested in how the job quests are gonna be, and wondering which ones will be taking place in old areas, or new areas.

Not sure why dragoon doesn't move me, it didn't in the past it doesn't now even with the changes...

Im super pumped for GNB after watching basically every video of it from media tour im garunteed to love it and definitely leveling it first.

I have a love hate relationship with Monk aesthetically its cool but game play is a bit ok hoping this 4th GL pushes it over for me.

Basically my leveling priority


SMN and Bard I still have no interest in
But i will level them all anyway at some point .

All of them. I'm excited to see how MCH turns out. I didn't like the job all that much because of its mechanics and seeing the changes really intrigues me !

Not so thrilled by the MNK, then again I never really liked the job, but maybe with the changes I'll like it ? We'll see
